How to permanently delete your SickleMe Care+ account and data
You have the right to delete your SickleMe Care+ account and all associated personal health data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Steps to Delete Your Account
Open the SickleMe Care+ app on your device.
Navigate to the Profile or Settings tab.
Tap "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page.
Confirm the deletion when prompted. Your account will be permanently deleted immediately.
What Gets Deleted
The following data is permanently and immediately deleted upon account removal:
- Your account credentials (email address, name)
- All pain tracking entries
- All mood logs
- All medication and treatment records
- All hydration entries
Nothing is retained after deletion. There is no recovery period.
Can't Access the App?
If you are unable to access the app and wish to have your account deleted manually,
email us at:

Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your deletion request within 7 days.
